Designer Blinds and Plantations of Badgally Road, Campbelltown claim the following statement for every negative but true review “I personally take these matters very seriously and would like to get to the bottom of this, unfortunately, we have no record or recollection of any customer experience fitting this description, nor can we verify anything about your identity from your name in our records.

We take every effort to ensure our installations and service is done to the highest of standards and care, in the last few months we had had several reviews that were directed at a company with a similar name.

Awful … Awful … Awful

My experience with Brad/ Ben of Designer Blinds and Plantations of Badgally Road, Campbelltown was awful.

Extremely pushy for a sale, never showed up on time except when signing the contract and receiving the deposit of over $4500. Job was measured incorrectly. Turn-around time was much longer then we were told, (deposit taken 28th May 2020 and installation completed on 3rd August 2020).

Their measurements were incorrect for one blind.

Their customer service was so bad and intimidating, no communication regarding the delay, they are very disorganised, I had to follow them up constantly.

They refused to give me my deposit back after the commencement date passed without justification.

They knew the job was so terribly handled and didn’t’ not accept my negative feedback as constructive feedback. Different installers every visit and the final installer was instructed not to leave my property until the balance was paid.

After I paid the balance for a total investment of over $10,000, I called their 0428 807 704 number and found out that they blocked my number (Is that allowed? What happens in case of warranty claim or if I have issues or need repairs?).

This matter is now going to the office of fair trading and my solicitor.
