Dieter is great and provides an incredibly detailed and thorough report. We have used Dieter twice and both times he was fantastic. We initially signed a contract to purchase a property, however, after receiving Dieter's report it showed major structural and pest defects. Thankfully, Dieter's report was so comprehensive that it outlined the major defects and we were able to withdraw from purchasing the property without having to pay a fee.
