I have dealt with the business through my work for a number of years and personally also. They continue to offer the best service and value for money! Website is great and in store is fantastic. Don't be afraid to ask because if they can they certainly make it happen. Thanks Matt and team for helping all of our staff across all of our sites look professional with our name badges and especially for the extra mile that you went last weekend to produce another plaque when the one that we were to unveil went missing with a courier company through no fault of yours. We truly appreciated it. Cannot recommend you guys enough!!!
From my first phone contact until I picked up my car - professional but friendly, helpful and understanding. Took longer than anticipated as they were very busy but so far so good with the outcome. Ill be going back without a doubt.
Ive used My.Teddy.com.au quite a few times and find their site very easy to use and their personalised Teddys are gorgeous. Well worth a visit to their site!!!
