After being mucked around by every other window company in Newcastle I was delighted to finally get som Customer Serive from HiPoint windows. Rayesh was so patient helping me decide on the correct windows & systems for our large reno. He always got back to me immediately & I felt he was genuinely 'on the job' helping. It is if they actually pride themselves on customer service, such a rarity these days, but as i have discovered, an even greater rarity in the world of window. Thank you Rayesh. Marshall is one of the few mechanics I feel I can trust. He is passionate about Subaru's. He will take the time to explain things in detail & helps explore all options. I don't feel he is out to 'rip me off' as per previous experiences with other mechanics. Marshall & his team's customer service is exemplary. He is a great communicator & he always returns my calls. Good old fashioned service aimed at repeat business, not a quick buck. I would recommend him very, very highly to anyone wanting a very experienced, trustworthy, value for money mechanical experience for themselves and their beloved Subaru.
