Very dedicated team of staff who provide encouragement and support to all at every visit. I have attended other such services over the years and this is most definitely the best service provided and caters for all individuals needs / requirements. Excellent customer service and fitness / health management plans with ideas and suggestions. I recommend and encourage others to join. Is a pleasant surprise and I believe all staff should be congratulated for providing excellence in customer service. As a shift worker opening hours are tops, facilities are always clean and staff identify and greet all by name on arrival, awesome. Activities vary on a daily basis. You never get bored with double up days, reverse days and boxing. Great work Ladies. Thank so much for your dedication, enthusiasm and commitment.
