Daren was very accommodating with regard to dates and times, had excellent communication (rang to say he was slightly delayed and confirming arrival time. He was friendly, professional, took us through the outcomes prior to cleaning and spent some time on the job. The result was more than we had hoped for and the cost was affordable and reasonable especially given the time taken. The nontoxic eco friendly method is a big plus too. Highly recommended.
