Really friendly staff, that go out of their way to help you. When you can't find a product, they won't just tell you the isle it is in, but walk there with you and show you.

There is a very nice and accommodating man that has been very helpful in the situation i had gotten myself into. As i had been a previous client, he has gone out of his way to help me stand up for my rights regarding an insurance claim (that has nothing to do with his business anymore).

To put a claim in i had to go through many people, and when finally i was in the right department, i had a rude obnoxious woman try to rip apart what sense i had left regarding my claim. Being made redundant in these uncertain times was hell enough, but to speak to someone who "SHOULD" be in my position (after the way in which she spoke to me), i will never suggest this company to anyone.

The people are always bubbly,friendly and helpful. For a small service station, the staff always have big smiles and will help with you with anything.
