As I write this I’m listening to water drip in my ceiling again. I called yesterday and no one has called me back again. I have had several leaks since the roof was installed and I have mouldy ceilings in the kitchen and bathroom. Customer service is a joke. They only call back if they feel like it or you keep calling and complain and sometimes they don’t show up and I really regret using this company. I paid $15000 for a new roof nearly 3 years ago. This was a discounted price if I used materials they had on hand from a cancelled order. I decided to support local business even though the other 2 companies that quoted me were a bit cheaper. Now it’s costing me new ceilings and so much stress. I will never recommend this company.
