Warren's customer service is excellent. He went the extra mile when I needed more work done than was originally discussed and quoted. David is not only efficient but also a perfectionist and did a brilliant job of repointing my terracotta roofing tiles and ridges, replaced the valleys and installed a storm-proof seal. Both Warren and David are very professional and easy to deal with.
