Fredrik is always so friendly, reliable and trustworthy. He takes his job seriously and clearly enjoys being with the dogs he cares for. We have had Fredrik walk our dogs from time to time in the past, and can't recommend him highly enough. Whenever we bump into Fredrik in the park, our dogs give him a big greeting - always so happy to see him! Karen.

Our dogs get so excited when they arrive, which is always a good sign! The staff take such good care of them, and remember them individually. Recently 1 of our dogs was wearing a plastic cone due to recent surgery, needed daily medication and that wasn't a problem for staff at all. They have helped us out before, even coming to collect 1 of our dogs who kept escaping from our house while we were away and had a dog sitter there! Would most highly recommend.

Excellent experience. This was our first time using these kennels. Lovely friendly staff at all times, from the initial phone booking, to the drop off and pick up of our puppy. They seemed very caring, and to genuinely like the dogs they were caring for! Our puppy was very happy when we collected him. We even bought him a pair of 'pyjamas' they make there, they kept him warm while he was there, and are now keeping him warm in his kennel at home! They're great! We will be back. Thank you!
