Easy to order, nice staff, great range. I feel they could benefit from a product knowledgeable staff member in the office to take more technical questions though. I called hoping to get more detail and advice on certain products for my climate. Nice ladies answering the phones but they admit themselves they are clerks, not gardeners, and the owner works in the field so not always available for inquiry. Not difficult to source this myself and no real complaint. Just a suggestion for the owner.
