just left there in tears. Devastated. My pure white wedding dress they cleaned is now light brown. The had it for 5 months and told my mum 4 times it would be ready soon and never called back. She finally said she would pick it up cleaned or not. We turned up together as something seemed wrong. It was...it is all discolored which doesn’t make sense. The owner was horrid and claimed it wasn’t white in the first place. He now won’t give it to me until I pay $480 for the cleaning. It’s a $4000 from Sonia Cappalazzo dress. He said the cost doesn’t matter to him. I wanted to give it to my daughter. Now I have nothing...how can I pay when he wrecked it. Horrible man and don’t think they know how to clean wedding dresses properly. Maybe a new owner of something.
