Uncle Jakes brings back a lot of memories for me! My friends and I used to go there after school and get hot chips and gravy with tons of chicken salt!! Now that I think back, I don't know how I don't have a medical disorder from all the salt we ate lol..
Such a lovely little take-away shop, very friendly, clean and the staff have always been polite! You're not waiting around for ages for your food and they have the best bbq chooks there!

I used to get live nearby 'the seafood shop' as we all used to call it, and became a local after my friend started working there.
The owners and staff are extremely friendly and go out of their way to help in any way they can, which is hard to find in businesses, especially small ones!
If I were to rate this shop, I would definitely give it a 10/10!!!

I was lucky enough to have lived behind the bakery for many years and got to enjoy the beautiful aromas coming from the bake house every morning. Absolute bliss!
The cakes are to die for, and their pies and pastries are undoubtedly delicious!
They have a good name for a reason!

If I known of this website 10 years ago I would've been all over it!
The Salon Lynda, which I think was either just called 'The Salon' or 'Salon Brooke' did my hair and makeup for me for my year 10 farewell and did and absolutely MARVELLOUS job! In fact, If I remember correctly, it stayed like that until late afternoon the next day, before it even started to drop!
The staff there are absolutely amazing and some of the loveliest people I have ever met.
Highly recommended!

Subway is the only 'take-away' store I will go to!
It's healthy, fresh and I can order exactly what I want and watch them do it! Lol..
I love that I have 2 differewnt Subway stores in my area to choose from :)

I only ever go to McDonalds for the McCafe.
The baristas there, make the BEST chai lattes I have ever had!
Every time without fail, they remember my soy milk (I prefer soy to skim or full cream) and are so cheerful :)
There is an older lady that works there as a cleaner, she is absolutely ADORABLE! She is so loving and caring but at the same time, won't take any sh*t from the little punks that occasionally make their way in! Lol..

THE BEST FISH N CHIP SHOP IN THE HUNTER VALLEY!!!!!
Super friendly staff! No waiting for ages for your food to be ready! Yummiest chips! HUGE çocktail'fish! DEEP FRIED MARS BARS!!!!

FUSE is an amazing salon!
The girls there are so friendly and actually have a conversation with you while they're doing your hair! (unlike some others)
The salon is GORGEOUS! The colours and decorations of the actual salon itself are beautiful!
Definitely recommend coming here :)

The girls at The Body Ark are absolutely AMAZING!
They are incredibly talented and well mannered, warm and friendly and if you have any questions regarding hair/nails/skin, they will go to great lengths to get you the answer!
The Body Ark is my local hairdressers, and I refuse to go anywhere else! No one knows how to cut and shape my hair the way I like it, like the girls at The Body Ark.

ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!
Ever since I went to Grill'd for the first time 5 or so years ago I still cannot stop complimenting them! My experience there was amazingly delightful! Not only did they make my meal perfect, when something come up and I had to leave halfway through my meal, they were more than happy to put it in a take away box for me to take with me! The staff there are warm and friendly and most certainly, inviting. I have been to many different Grill'd restaurants since, but this one 'tops the burger' ;)
