Horrible customer service, the food is hit and miss in the quality

I only ever go to McDonalds for the McCafe.
The baristas there, make the BEST chai lattes I have ever had!
Every time without fail, they remember my soy milk (I prefer soy to skim or full cream) and are so cheerful :)
There is an older lady that works there as a cleaner, she is absolutely ADORABLE! She is so loving and caring but at the same time, won't take any sh*t from the little punks that occasionally make their way in! Lol..

worst mcdonalds resturant i have ever been too..the manager who was a blonde head lady spoke so nasty to her staff..i had to wait 40 mins for my order in which i ordered a quarter pounder meal meat only..due to me being allergic to cheese i ordered meat only after waiting 40 mins for my meal got home opned my burger and yep it had cheese..soo very lucky i never bit into it....the toilets were discusting and the lines were soo very long..not ordering lines but waiting for meals..will not return

I visited mid week around 7.30pm. The condiment bar was almost empty; the toilets were filthy; the floor/seating was grubby; garbage's were overflowing; the staff were walking around, talking, & appearing not to care. 1 blonde, female manager was speaking/yelling quite nastily to a young worker who was almost in tears! The food was average but had to wait almost 15mins for our order to be completed. Will go elsewhere in future!
