Quality work, great communication and no over-servicing! We’ve been using Nick and the team at Genesis for a while now and highly recommend!

Two weeks after my order I had still not received confirmation of delivery. I followed up with Lollypotz customer service who then advised they were experiencing issues with the post (I completely understand this considering the current circumstances) but one week later, my order had still not been delivered. After following up with Lollypotz customer service again, they advised they would send another order out as they could not locate my original order.
My original order was placed on the 30th of September 2020 and on the 26th of October (still no delivery of first or second) I asked them to issue me with a refund. It is now the 5th of November and they have not refunded my money.
Really disappointed as the product looks amazing.
