I wouldn’t recommend this company. They charged my Neigbour $2500 to cut down a gum & did so on a super windy day, then raining… completely caking our back yard in saw dust! A thick layer of orange on plants, path, rendered wall, windowsills & even the front of our house - cars were covered in a fine amount of dust! They came to take a look after a few msgs & calls (Anne complaining of the little compensation they got from Telstra for issues with messages being left & not receiving/ hence not getting my msgs with my name/ phone number , although would have thought text with photos was enough to respond to) . Anyways they finally came out, took a look said their pressure washer was stronger & would get it off. Well it didn’t, but it took some render off the garden bed walls… they then told me the sun will get it out. Also said I must not have had a winter here (had 4) then blamed the pine tree which I said was never an issue before! I had before and after shots as we had recently got a blower/vac. Very disappointing! We then had to spend money on cleaning products & about 8 hrs all up pressure washing & Scrubbing ourselves, still
Doesn’t look great! They just wanted us to go away & not deal with it. Very upsetting experience! You want compensation from Telstra but can’t see how we wanted out backyard sorted! Not fair! We tried to sort ourselves first to not bother anyone & didn’t realise it would not come out & asked for suggestions & help. To then be treated like we are unreasonable? Worst experience I’ve had! Didn’t think we would ever… in the community we live in ! Next time I hope you think about the weather conditions & neighbouring properties!
