The variety of equipment to use is on par with many city gyms.The personal attention given by the instucters is outstanding. There are a range of different classes and times to suit everyone.

When I needed to have my beloved Lab put down, the caring staff went out of their way to make it as easy for me as they could. They booked us in for the last appointment for the day, not having to wait around in waiting room. I was given time alone with my dog after she was given a sedative and then again after she was injected. The Vet and receptionist were both proffessionally sympathetic, caring and understanding.

Fantastic venue. Right on the sea shore. Great for breakfast, lunch, or just a coffee and cake. Find their menu can be a bit pricey on some meals, but the atmosphere and veiw are outstanding.

Great range of fish, burgers and yiros. Generous with their hot chips. Freindly and fast service. They provide under cover seating outside. A popular eating spot for locals and visitors.

I find the food is of high standard. Good range of menu. Hot veg and salad bar would be the best in the area. Drinks/bottles are reasonable. Only downside is there is not a great deal of atmosphere in the dining room.
