My mum and I went and got our nails done here a few days ago. Firstly, the service was terrible. The staff were rude and snappy and bossy. They all had bad attitudes and permanent scowls on their faces. We left, thinking at least our nails were fine and we just wouldn’t go back. The manicures themselves, were SNS, and they were sloppy and rushed. Excess product was hanging over cuticles on all sides. However, now my mother is suffering a very painful infection under more than one nail and is on antibiotics. The skin is swollen out from under her nail, they are pussy, bleeding and red. I would strongly recommend no one go to get their nails done here. Rude staff and clearly unsanitary hygiene standards. We will be contacting the health department.
