Young's motors- they provided us with poor customer service and failed to fulfill their obligations under the warranty.

It's unacceptable that they sold us a lemon and didn't honor the warranty. This is a clear breach of trust and shows a lack of integrity on their part. Additionally, it's concerning that they tried to get as much money from us as possible and were rude at the customer service desk. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the company as a whole.

It's disappointing that they don't show loyalty to their customers, especially when they sell them new car that needs endless work. This kind of attitude is short-sighted and does not inspire confidence in their ability to provide quality service.

Overall, Young's Motors has a lot of work to do in order to improve their customer service and reputation. I would caution anyone considering doing business with them to carefully weigh their options and think twice before purchasing a car from this dealership. Nor would I recommend getting mechanical work here.
