I got matched to Mirek as I needed a quote for a new Fridge Seal, I spoke to him and passed the details on, mistakenly I gave him the wrong brand, I sent him a text letting him know, he was very nice in his response. He later rang me to send my quote through and asked for my E-mail address which was fine, though during the day on other websites it wasn't excepting all my address, so I hoped that Mirek didn't mind me texting him again as I didn't receive the Quote through One Flare Website, so I asked Mirek if it was possible to text me the Quote aswell as I'm not very good with technology, he was so kind to text it to me and like I said to him, Thankyou so much for being so patient with me today texting you a few times, other people would not have been so kind or understand my situation!! I would gladly recommend Mirek, just from speaking to him this morning for the first time today I felt comfortable and not pressured if I received a better quote.
