THIS SALON PERMANENTLY RUINED MY HAIR. I purchased a $99 Cudo voucher for a keratin treatment. I arrived at the salon and [redacted personal identifier] told me that I would be charged an extra $29 because my hair was thick, my hair is extra curly not thick. The lady applying the treatment was inexperienced and even told me that she would be leaving the treatment on for three days for me to wash out. I told her that is not how the treatment works and she needs to rinse it out, she had to go out the back and check with [redacted personal identifier] what to do, she did end up rinsing it out. After my first wash it was clear that it was not done correctly, my hair was very dry and half curly half straight. After my next shower my hair started to snap off. Now one week after treatment my hair is continuing to break, I have lost around 1/4 of my hair and I am left with very thin hair that has short spiky bits sticking up. I am going to have to get it cut short which I am devastated about. I have never written a review before but feel I need to share my experience. I am beyond disappointed
