Very efficient and friendly service. They not only assisted with sizing but also showed me various mix and match options (keeping practicality in mind with their ages) without being pushy. I advised what my budget was and the sales assistant worked within my budget. The shop also is very conveniently set out with a small entertaining area for children located at the back of the store so the kids could settle in and I could look at the clothing in detail and they could not escape without having to go past me. Having purchased this line of clothing from America in the past, and now in Australia, I definetly recommend the quality and durability of their clothing and think it is value for money (particularly during sale time)

I recently had my daughter's birthday party here (13 kids) and from the moment I made the initial inquiry at the counter to saying good-bye after the party the service was exceptional. Everything was discussed at the time of booking, it was then followed up by staff prior to the event with the flexibility of making changes if needed and then everything was taken care of on the night. They even went the extra mile and booked the lane next to the party just in case any of the adults wanted to bowl at the same time. I would definetly recommend this venue if you want a stress-free party.

If you are looking for a great variety of fabric at terrific prices then this is the place to go. The staff here very friendly and helpful and there is a huge range of fabric and haberdashery to choose from. Also as an added bonus there are a few little toys in the corner to keep the little ones occupied while browsing (it's the little things that make such a difference).
