She also provided thorough suburb reports which were very helpful for a couple that were relocating to a new area outside of what we are used to. Krista stayed patient with us through the long process of house hunting all the way through our successful offer on a property 6-7 months later.
Once we found the property we loved, we leaned on Krista to help liaise with the bank for us. She was a huge help. Without her, we would not know how to even begin with the banks, let alone be able to understand all of the fine details around the paperwork, the mortgage side of things and making sure that all the right boxes were ticked.
