I connected my power with them via the online communication chat method back in November,

Provided all my details, flybuys etc and was confirmed as all linked. My first account arrived and was obscene, considering due to the fact that my property was uninhabitable and i was not even living there so I lodged a dispute.

The next account received was in credit as they actually did a metre reading and corrected their guestimate.

Today I received my flybuys account and confirmed that they did not link my account as promised, in effect i've lost out on some 11,000 points. I contacted them again today and was told that they were unable to back date this, mention the word dispute, get put through to a customer relations member in Australia who was able to resolve the whole issue for me.

I appreciate that some companies are based overseas but when you have to make noise to get the wrong righted and speak to someone i your own country its not great.

Best day care on the Gold Coast

My daughter has been to three day care providers within the local area in a 4.5yr period and although she has been a challenge, Kinder Cottage has been a god send.

Their staff are brilliant, they are caring and persistent, they not only know how to work with and understand special children but are prepared too also.

Ordered delivery from Asian Court Chinese last night for the first time, and what can i say, i was very impressed, firstly i was informed that deliver would be approx. 45 minutes and it turned up in 20 minutes, the food was delicious, hot and the containers it was delivered in were packed to the brim, not to mention the BAG of prawn crackers, it was huge.
They are a member of the eat now website so i was able to make my payment via paypal and also got 10% off for my first order.
Whenever I need to get my Chinese food fix again, i know where i'll be going
