I was searching for a truck rental to move some furniture from Sydney to the country. I made an email enquiry and soon after Suraj telephoned me, but unfortunately the phone line was not good. He phoned back and still not the best, but were able to get some things sorted. I advised that it would be around 1100 to 1200 km round trip, he suggested a four day rental, which included 1000 km, then the cost of extra km. Over the week before the rental, I was quite nervous as I had never driven a truck, so had lots and lots of questions. Each time I sent an email to enquire, got an answer promptly and they were always very pleasant. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, the staff were so friendly and helpful. I noticed that one of the tires on the truck had a tear in it, that was not a problem, they immediately changed the vehicle to another one. When I returned the vehicle, Courtney again was so friendly, it was such a delight to deal with such great people. I am happy to recommend them to anyone.
