Cannot recommend this dealership. We purchased in September 2016 a new vehicle. Comprehensive insurance taken out through toyota. A month later this is cancelled because we didn't pay for the policy when in fact payment details had been given over the phone. They said they tried calling but they didn't. They also had our email address but no attempt to contact this way either. So the policy was cancelled and we continued to drive a $50,000+ vehicle for 11 months with no insurance. We were lucky not to have had an accident or needed to make a claim. Absolutely appalling after sales service. Avoid at all costs.
