I arranged for this business to do a carpet clean for an end of lease, the unit was completely vacated the day the cleaner did the work. He looked and recommended a deep clean as I had been living there 8 years. They say on their site they are 100% guaranteed. The carpet was left sopping wet. The agent said it was unacceptable and when I went back to check the carpet was very dirty, as though he hadn't used any detergents. Despite a number of calls and emails and promises to do it again, it was never done. Eventually I was told they would refund my money, over a week ago and a couple of calls still no money. I am now losing money from my bond because of them. My experience has been upsetting and frustrating, they keep making promises and just not delivering. I can't recommend this business, it has been a disaster.

I have been taking my cats there now for 12 years and would not go anywhere else barring an out of hours emergency. He will not give up on an animal and I know for certain that what he recommends is the best. I had a little rescue kitten, she was in desperate condition and prognosis was that she would be unlikely to survive but with his help she got through. She's now a delightful 6 year old. My older two cats are now going on 13 and have been happy and healthy under his care. Highly recommend this vet. Definitely care for the animal is first priority.

I took my car to get 5 new Michelin tyres. I had read about some Michelin's which are a bit expensive but advertised as being able to save on fuel. When I asked, they told me that really as long as you keep the right pressure in the tyres and look after them that will get good results, so they saved me some money. They always try to give a bit of a discount, in this instance he said he could only reduce RRP $10 per tyre, but he gave me a free wheel alignment with it. The balance of course was included. They were very polite, got my car in within a couple of days and did a great job. Driving out my car drove really beautifully. I appreciated their honest, their courtesy and advice.

This is a delightful cafe and one of the best dining experiences if you are vegan. The food is really nice, made on the premises, and reasonably priced. The vegan cakes are outstanding, can't go past the vegan cheescake muffin it is just superb. The coffe is great too.

Being vegan it's always good to have places I can get good food that will satisfy even my non-vegan friends and family. Mr Nice Guy are great and their range is growing, now they have brownies and scrolls, just fantastic. They are just a bit on the expensive side but if you buy several the price comes down. The range of cupcakes is fantastic and they also make small ones if you'd rather maybe have two or three just for a bit of variety. The Prahran Market outlet has sadly closed down, bit Dymocks Bookshop Cafe in Collins Street do have them or go to their outlet at 151 Union Rd, Ascot Vale.

I guess the best recommendation I can give is that I get so many compliments on my hair, both the cut and especially the colours. People have asked me where I go so they can make appointments for themselves. They do a great job and really I would not now go anywhere else.

I booked for the period 11am to 2pm, and was a bit concerned when somebody rang me the day before to say that I had booked for the later slot of 2pm to 5pm I think it was. When I said no they said there would be no problem putting it back to the original time. I think a 3 hour window is not great anyway, but went with them as they say they are carbon neutral and their advertising suggests that payment by the minute saves money and that their removalists are fast and friendly. I was booked to move on a Saturday and the new address only about a five minute drive away maximum. They arrived 56 minutes late with no call to let me know they'd be late or when expected. When they did arrive I was immediately worried at the two who were very young and not much experience. Both guys were lovely and careful but took 3 hours to one load which was just the big items, white goods, beds etc. As it was so late I told them to just do the stuff that wouldn't fit in the car. They had to dismantle the bed and a futon base, and reassembled the bed, but most of the rest I had put in easy reach. When it came to pay I pointed out their advertising said that if they are late they pay you, so they tried to call to find out what to do but the office had closed for the day. I ended up paying over $320 for one load moving within 5 minutes of the address I was moving from. Later when I received a feedback email and said how unhappy I was, I was offered $30, which I refused and said it wasn't sufficient. I have been completely ignored ever since, despite sending a couple of emails and leaving a voicemail message.

I went looking for someone who knows how to cut curly hair. Going to Chez was truly an experience like nowhere else. Not only does Chez give you a great cut, he can tell you things about your health from his knowledge of your hair and scalp condition. When you go here you know you are going to get honest and good value service along with a fantastic cut.
