What a terrific service! Youssef did some work for us about 5 years ago and when he arrived this week he asked if everything was OK with the work done then! He remembered! What commitment to his clients and the electrical work! This time around his work has been just as Impressive and his attitude as always professional and warm. We also delighted in his coaching of his apprentice helping him to understand the importance of being part of a team, taking pride in the electrical work undertaken and the establishment and maintenance of good communication to support positive customer relations.
