As a Medibank Private preferred Dentist, the Gap amount I have to pay is less than at other dentists. Kelly and the staff are friendly and helpful. It can take months to get an appointment with her and then quite often i have to sit and wait and wait for my turn. While this is extremely frustrating for me, I think it says, how popular and good she is and that emergencies happen and must come first.

Wayne Guise, his wife and employees are well mannered & extremely helpful, they explain things to me, about my car or service, so i understand, and they will show me the old parts, so i can see for myself and the cost is reasonable, less than I've paid elsewhere for bad service and rudeness.
My car has always been ready to collect on time and they actually ring to let me know it is - instead of just saying they will.

Richie was very helpful and reliable, and even though it was raining the day I moved, he and his helper, got the job done in a reasonable time, with no breakages and a great deal of humour. They were very conscious of not walking wet dirty shoes in and out, of the old and new place. They made sure the furniture was in the correct room, so I didn't have to reshuffle it after they left and they insisted on putting the bed together for me..
