The selection of foods is great and all tasty. The service is good and they leave you alone once you are seated which I am a fan of. Having had a lap band all you can eat restaurants are a bit of a waste on me but it was great value for the kids. You pay their age plus fifty cents and as my two are big eaters they most likely ate my quota. Premises is clean and well kept, the staff keep an constant eye on the food serving area and clean up any spills immediately. Overall, a good place for a mid range meal for the family.

The food was fantastic, with one little hiccup. Ordered a chicken parma and and bacon and mushroom parma. The waiter asked us if we wanted "chips and salad" and that's what we ordered. Also ordered a garlic beard as a started but it never turned up. When the meals arrived I questioned the lack of garlic bread and was advised they would chase it up. It arrived mid way through our main course, burnt and far to late. I returned it and advised them we did not want it any longer and pointed out it was ordered as a starter. The parmas were hot and perfectly cooked. When we were asked if we wanted another drink and we asked for one, it took them over 15 minutes to bring it to the table.
When I went to pay they charged me for the garlic bread and then I was advised the parmas were and extra $5.50 all up because we had chips AND salad. I argued the point as not once were we told there was an extra charge for having both. Everywhere else I have been serves the two together. They got the waiter when I pointed out that he had not stipluated there was an extra charge and he again proceeded to tell me I had to pay or he would have to. I asked for the manager who took the same stance. I showed him his own menu where it does not stipulate there is a different charge for the two items.
In the end I got the extra charge taken off for the garlic bread and the salad. I didn't set out to get my meal cost reduced but think it should be clearly explained rather than just being offered something then charged extra for it. The cost difference between coke and coke zero was also not advised (40 cents extra per drink that they don't pay any more for) but by this stage I was over the whole thing and couldn't be bothered. While the food was excellent, the service was terrible and I have had better service at McDonalds.
