I've been to this salon 3 times, the first the the hairdresser was nice & I was happy with my colour, the second time the hairdresser (a different one) was extremely rude & I felt very unwelcome there, she offered me a warm drink & I asked for a coffee with two sugars & her response was 'oh wow 2 sugars look at you' making me feel overly self conscious about my appearance. While applying the colour another lady had come to have a haircut (a friend of the other hairdresser I'm assuming) my hairdresser and the other hairdresser and the other customer for about 10minutes talked about a girl they all must have known, I don't mind that, but when I'm sitting in a salon relaxing having my hair done I don't want to be hearing nasty things and words being used to describe someone. It was like to them I wasn't even there. Absolutely appalling. After she had coloured and cut my hair I asked to have my hair blow dried to see the full effect of the colour, I got a partially dried head of hair with a patchy colour (which I didn't notice until later on, as the patchy bit was not dried) The hairdresser didn't offer to show me that back of my hair & she didn't ask me if I was happy with my hair. I will never be returning to this salon
