Can not praise them the team at Greenwoods enough. Very thorough, professional yet personal and but most of all they actually care about your property as if it were their own. I wish I had all my investment properties listed through them and am looking at buying another in Townsville simply due to the service they provide - I know it will be looked after.

WORST PROPERTY MANAGERS IN AUSTRALIA. You don't have a property manager. The property management team member that answers your phone call is who your dealing with your property today. Tomorrow will be a different story and a different person. THOUGHT they were doing a good job until we kicked the tenants out. $3000 worth of damage not reported to us that we have to pay for and due to damage will get $50 less a week in rent due to the LONG TERM mismanagement of our property. Absolutely disgraceful.
