While the gf menu is reasonably extensive, we had to call at least 5 times before someone answered. We asked for $10 chips and what we got was more closer to a standard minimum chips. Even though they're gluten free, the portion sizes was utterly ridiculous.
The taste is rather average. Even for an adjusted gf palette. On the upside, the staff were nice and it's nice to have the option to get gf fish and chips on a Friday night.
But we likely still won't be going back again. Our first experience was rather terrible and costly for what we actually got.

As a coeliac it's important I don't eat gluten so having seaview close by is a wonderful option for me to still enjoy fish and chips with the family. Staff are knowledgeable about their products and attentive and are super careful and follow through when they say they're going to do something. Definitely going back, the only change I'd make is to have more gf extensive menu. Fab shop, permanent customer now!

As a small business owner it is important that I have access to quality tax information. Mai had not only been a value business resource over the past 12 months, she's also a colleague and is always very helpful and willing to assist. Fabulous customer service and ability to purchase meat for those of us that would prefer to NOT purchase halal meat. Very nice meat and we'll priced. If anything, could maybe do with a slight makeover but that's about it!

Melinda is lovely to deal with! I love the website and forsee me being very poor after fitting out both my little ones! Will be sure to pop in when I need to buy anything for birthdays or just because I want something!
Please introduce mocktails into the menu. I like to join in but am limited so it would be nice to have that option.
We purchased a pineapple juice, a white hot chocolate and a vanilla slice and we were VERY unimpressed. Firstly I watched as golden circle pineapple juice was poured straight from fridge into a coffee club cup - nothing added, just pure uht golden circle and we were charged $5. Then we watched as my white hot choc was made with some watery syrup from a pump bottle and some warm milk. Finally, the vanilla slice was dry and shriveled like it had been there all day... staff were talking among themselves about pay disputes and an off duty member came parading in and started talking over us about how the boss had not paid her yet. The whole experience was over priced and definitely not value for money! How they are still in business, I will never know! Seems to me like the prices have gone up but the quality has gone down. I have my own business so I understand cost cutting, but this is ridiculous!
