A few weeks ago my computer hard drive carked it. I decided to take my laptop to Crandall-Mark as I had heard great reviews & I didn't want to take my computer to any other local computer shops as I'd had previous bad experiences. They did a fantastic job - they replaced the hard drive and my photos & documents were restored too. This wasn't an easy thing to do as they hard drive had literally broken into pieces. John (owner) went over & beyond to get these things back for me using different programs. He even purchased another program to get the documents back (which wasn't expected)! I received numerous phone calls & updates while they had my laptop & recieved great customer service, too. I will definitely take my devices back to them & thoroughly recommend Crandall-Mark E-Technology! :D
