Huge thanks to Tynan from JOTUNS for his help with my new car. He went over and above issuing a RWC that I needed, but also spotted an issue with the aircon and participated in communicating it to the dealer. Thanks to his experience and knowledge, the issue was solved fast and easy for me, I wouldn't be able to organize it this well on my own, so his help was greatly appreciated.
