I have stayed many times here to use the Hot Mineral Spas at the Swim Centre directly opposite. I have travelled free on the Countrylink train which pulls up right outside the Pub. It is not fancy but if you want to stay cheaply with a small room with microwave and a balcony this is for me.
Oh and downstairs is a bar and great meals at the Bistro.

Approximate cost: $150 a week

The cheapest motel and better than a backpackers in Port Macquarie.
Small room with microwave and can use the outdoor barbecue for cooking. Really close to IGA and Growers Market.
Quick bus to the town Centre and found it very quite when sleeping.

The rooms are decorated so homely and complimentary home cooked breakfast. When visiting WetnWild in Blacktown this is the cheapest accommodation and if you like pet Cats there are some roaming around the upstairs downstairs cottage.
There is a room with a balcony overlooking the large Soccer Field. The bathroom has lots of luxuries with Bath Oils etc and a foot massager.
