I have been a regular shopper to both Unley and Burnside as well as the occasional online. Previously I have nothing but good things to say…until last week. I received my delivery on a 35 degree day without 1 single ice pack for $120 worth of refrigerated produce! I immediately sent an email to say my produce was room temperature and had to be disposed of. They blamed me for getting home too late to receive my produce at 7pm and would not re deliver or refund apart from the dairy - strange as all products were refrigerated items (ready meals etc) I have never received food deliveries without ice packs!
