I used United Trade Links to repair my balcony. They did an excellent job in making it completely water proof by removing all the grout and regrouting and then applying two layers of water proofing. It is not only fully water proof but also looks brand new again. The tradesman was very professional and took time to clean and do a thorough job. United Trade link's price was very reasonable compared to other companies and came with a statutory warrentty to give peace of mind. Highly recommended .
