We don't usually write online reviews but was so disappointed with the service we received we feel it necessary to warn others about this company. Our pick up was cancelled at the last minute (on a saturday afternoon) and nothing but an empty apology was offered. The service was re-booked for the next morning at 10 am (out of necessity as it was the weekend). After a restless night in a cheap hotel we got a call at 7am saying our truck will there in 10 mins, this was corrected for 10 am. No compensation or discount was offered for the inconvenience and negotiating at management level was futile. We were cornered into paying full rate or else our service would be cancelled. We told them we will give negative reviews online and to all we know but they simply DID NOT CARE, we were just tossed aside and they did not return our calls. Don't be fooled by the cheap prices, save yourself the headache and book another company.
