I have previously had a bad experience with counselling and was hesitant when my GP recommended Anne, however I have seen a positive benefit from my appointments. Anne has been extremely helpful in providing positive coping techniques that I can use everyday, even if I'm at work. Never paid a cent, all through a mental health care plan. Would highly recommend.
