Cultivate Calm has changed the way I view yoga, in the best possible way! Everyday I find myself waking up in the morning wanting to go to yoga just to enjoy the peaceful, welcoming environment of the studio. I can come to any class knowing that I will be taught by someone who is kind, committed, and conscientious. As a bonus, the affordable payment structure has allowed me to commit to daily practice in a way that has always seemed inaccessible before. Even after moving away from the area, I still change my days so that I can travel back to the studio. I cannot fault a thing about Cultivate Calm and would highly recommend it to anyone.
