Dr Foote did my surgery (prolene sling) after explaining plainly what would happen and the results I could expect. After putting up with this condition for years, I have had a wonderful result and would estimate I am back to 95% of how I was before children. I would highly recommend Dr Foote as he put me at ease with his calm and competent manner with an embarrassing condition.
