The french toast is to DIE for. And their coffee is worth the queues. The only reason their service is not 5/5 is due to their popularity and it can be hard to get a table and service. But if you know that and expect it, it wont frustrate you as it is totally worth the wait.

Very nice tasting mexican - soft tacos and quesidillas were yummy. Great place to take the kids for dinner early on as lots of seating and very friendly atmosphere, but also caters for the older crowds with their corona buckets. Dan murphys next door was all out of Sol so seems to be doing well. Well worth a visit and don't let the queues bother you, they move very fast.

Their pho was the best I have had since my holiday in Vietnam. Fresh food and very tasty. And their service was really sweet, from the young guy taking orders to the clearly vietnamese older chefs - we need to make sure these guys stay in East Gosford as this type of restaurant has been missing here.

As with Ooomph, the owner has captured another niche that has been missing in East Gosford - the gourmet grocer with good quality coffee and organic products, as well as top quality products. It's worth a visit and is a great addition to the East Gosford market.
THE best coffee on the coast. And muffins. And cookies. And visits here are a regular part of my families routine on our days off, and on weekends. For people who love their coffee, and a funky relaxed place to get it from, this is the place. My son can ride his scuttlebug in here and due to the family friendliness of the place, its not a problem to the owners, the other customers ... such a great mix of customers. Its the place to go. And now there is the food store so if you need a takeaway, and there is a queue at Oomph, pop into the foodstore as its the same coffee and quicker service. You'd think I had shares in this place ... unfortunately I don't as the owner is on to a winner with these two places.
Have to agree with other reviewers - this massive store is a surprise. A rabbit warren of healthy organic products. They have everything - if you can find it, but fear not, their service is awesome so they will help you find it. Really nice place to visit, their service makes you feel part of the family, and they always have a little something for your child ... and its healthy to boot. Wish there were more hours in a week that I could visit more often. I hope others do as these are the sort of places that need supporting on the coast.
I was excited about going to this cafe when I first moved to the coast as it was compared to one of my favourite cafes in Sydney. They have great offerings and a great set up but the service has never been good. Haven't tried it since they opened the coffee window but have found other cafes in the area that meet my needs so don't go there now.
This does not come across as a gourmet grocer. Very very limited groceries, and not the best atmosphere. It needs to be updated and its product offering needs reviewing to keep up with the changing market. Saying that though, I think it caters to its current clientelle as it always has some people in it, just not busy.
Had chinese takeaway from here for the first time the other week and it is very good. up there with the best, definitely in terms of value. Honey chicken was lovely. San choy bow needs to have the bamboo shoots added as I found that it was lacking a bit of texture.

When we are looking for authentic pizzas to takeaway, we usually get Michaels. It's not as cheap as going to chain pizza stores but they are better and nicer, and it usually takes 20 minutes for the pizza to be ready so very quick service.
