My sister and I pop into L'Espresso regularly and enjoy the cappuccino and food. We find the quality good, the atmosphere cosy yet private, and the service attentive. It's a nice place to stop, chat, drink and eat. CDs are on sale for music fans. Conveniently situated in central business district of Ballarat.
We have been going to The Haymarket for years and have always got a great deal on our stock feed, seeds and other requirements. We have also bought a terrific gas stove from the other section of their business, specialising in heating. They are friendly, knowledgeable and their customer service is great.
We were amazed firstly by the impeccable layout of the shop: spacious, clean, well lit, neat and all goods beautifully presented. Not only were the fruit and vegetable prices extremely reasonable, but there were other specialty products both imported and locally made. It was easy for us to move about and select our produce for the week, all the signage was clear and attractive, and the welcome was warm. We would shop there again without hesitation.
