I definitely would not recommend this Salon to my worst enemy...after having explained what I was in fact after which was basically a trim and to straighten the length, I received the complete opposite. Maggie then proceeded to try and remove bulk from the hair by cutting two fairly big chunks a centimetre from the scalp, which I immediately put a stop to. I did not ask for bulk to be removed? Very unhappy with result, no real professionalism very outdated in cutting techniques....a total mess of a haircut. Sorry Maggie, your intentions may have been good, but were not good enough..
