I would say very bad customer service.Especially Sachin and Kritika miscommunication & disrespectful towards me.Would never ever recommend to anyone again.Kept credit for an year because of high risk pregnancy couldn’t travel provided doctors certification etc but cancellation fees $450 applies.So I would loose one ticket price as I paid for two.Worst customer service
