I've used OSG since getting referred by a car dealer for a warranty repair about a year ago. Being ex-MB Nathan is awesome at troubleshooting/problem solving what the real issue is and prices the fix in a fair manner and thoroughly explains what the issue was and the remedy. I now take my SL350, C200 and ML350 there for my regular servicing and can't recommend OSG enough.
