I called Gary Renouf Plumbing a couple weeks ago due to no hot water all of the sudden and I saw water leaking out of the exterior of the hot water heater. They came the same day! The guy who came, Sam I think was his name, was Extra friendly and informative. He checked everything out first, with me right over his shoulder. He informed me my hot water heater was about 12 years old. I have only owned the house for 3 years and have no idea when this hot water heater was installed. I opted for full replacement of this old electric heater with a new gas hot water heater. He got a new one that same day and put it in. Yessss, hot water restored. The install was very professional and he stepped me thru the process of lighting it off and ensured I was informed of how to do it if required
