Monica is an exceptional person. Her service is second to none. Monica has given me much needed training and advice with Management training. Without her constant support and guidance I would not have felt confident to manage a team and business. Monica taught me how to deal with challenging situations. Now I am very confident in my abilities thanks to her. I have also engaged in personal development with Monica. That has been awesome. Highly recommend this for any business. There were weaknesses in our work place, so Monica worked with myself other team members and our boss. Everyone is a team player now and we have a harmonious working environment. I am also doing the weight loss side with Monica. While I do have my ups and down, I never feel like I am being judged. Monica gives me realistic goals, real food to eat, and all the information I need in my weight loss journey.
