We recently bought a set of tyres and the product itself has been good and was provided on a good special, but the front desk service was left a little to be desired. Standing there with a baby in a pram and a very bored 2 year old, we were left for at least 10 minutes or so before anyone acknowledged us and took our details. We were also originally advised a time we could pick up the car and were then told in the shop it would take at least a half hour longer. Not great when you have planned your Saturday around the original time. The service on return to pick up the car was also a bit slow.

I recently began uploading my thousands of digital photos to this website and have found it really great. What a great way to make sure that your digital photos never get lost as they store them for free. They also have regular specials for free or really cheap photos. The photos themselves are great quality and are delivered in great time. Far easier than trying to find the time to go into a kiosk to print them - especially when you have two kids under two :)

My daughter has been having swimming lessons with Michelle for 18 months now and I couldn't be happier. She has encouraged Paige all the way and is fantastic with the kids. She has been doing swimming lessons for over 15 years I think and has a great set up in her own backyard - an indoor pool, very low chlorine if any. Michelle has helped accomodate my 5 month old during Paige's lessons and he will begin next year hopefully. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone.

We are currently renting a property through these guys and have had nothing but great service from them. Each time we have had any concerns with the property, they have contacted the landlord promptly and been back in touch with us in a few hours. We have also recently begun searching for a house to buy and Graham Yelden has been particularly good to deal with.

This is a fantastic occasional care child centre. The programs for the kids are fantastic and my daughter had learnt to sing twinkle little star within a few weeks of attending and she was only 18 months old. The staff were always available to discuss my daughters progress and provided advice with different areas of concern. What else can you say when your child is at home on the weekend as is asking to go and visit one of the carers at day care - it must be good!!

Mick Samson has been servicing our cars for over 8 years. He even drove me to my wedding in his Mustang that he had restored. Mick will check everything, never fix anything that doesn't need it and is always upfront - he even goes into detail with me about each service, not just my husband. Very reliable!!

I have been getting my hair cut here for over 4 years. They always do their best to accommodate you when making an appointment, they don't charge extra to wash your hair, I'm always offered a cuppa and a biscuit if I am getting a color put in and their prices are great!!

My husband bought a new computer from these guys and while the initial service and prices were good, the after sales service left a lot to be desired. The big issue was they did not supply the video card that they invoiced us for and it wasn't obvious to us as the only difference in packaging was a tiny part number on the side of the box. My husband realised it wasn't the one he had ordered only after he had placed it in the computer and found that the video card didn't have the fan type on it he had expected. When he rang to discuss it, they would take no responsibility for not providing us with the correct part and did not even make any attempt to correct the error or see that we were a satisfied customer.

I have been getting my coffee from these guys for years now and there isn't better in Traralgon, they are slowly expanding their restaurant and provide a great little place to kick back and watch the town walk by as you have a coffee

I was needing to by a new booster seat for my 2 year old daughter and the gentleman who served me spent over 20 minutes going over all the different models, pros and cons of each, his own personal opinion and experience. He never got frustrated with my many questions or with my 2 year old running amok in his shop. After I made my choice he even gave me a 20% discount as they were having a sale over the weekend but knowing that my family was in a little financial difficulty he gave me the sale price early.
